We are a fast-growing chauffeur and premium transport services company, committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. To strengthen our operations, we are hiring a Customer Service Officer who will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our customer service function remotely

In this role, you will be working remotely and be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly, their bookings are processed seamlessly, and their overall experience exceeds expectations. You’ll also collaborate with our drivers and operations team to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s values and commitment to service excellence.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media, or in person), ensuring professionalism and consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints, following up to guarantee issues are handled to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to confidently answer questions, make recommendations, and support customer decision-making.
  • Accurately process customer orders, coordinate timely dispatch of drivers, and monitor delivery progress to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues across departments, escalating complex issues where necessary to achieve quick resolutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes, suggesting improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Proactively work to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering professional customer support that builds loyalty and long-term relationships.

Requirements

Minimum of OND degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or support role; prior team leadership experience is an added advantage.

Industry experience in transportation/Chauffeur driven businesses is preferred. 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally across multiple channels.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional when handling difficult customers or high-pressure situations. 

Requirements

Ideal candidates with 2-3 years experience in Customer Service within the Chaffeur/Transportation industry are preferred for this role. 

Salary: N 250,000 – N300,000
