Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Impact Monitoring Supervisor to join our team in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Impact Monitoring Officers (IMOs) and supporting them in planning their tasks to ensure efficient data collection. The Impact Monitoring Supervisor will also ensure data quality assurance for both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).

Key Responsibilities

– Supervise IMOs by reviewing the work conducted and supporting them in planning their tasks
– Ensure data quality assurance for both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews and FGDs
– Assist in the preparation of periodic field reports and data collection activities
– Conduct key informant and in-depth interviews, as well as facilitate FGDs with key populations
– Review FGDs transcripts and interviews for accuracy, manage data files, and ensure proper transcription and cleaning of interviews

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, M&E, or a related field
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in impact monitoring, data collection, or research supervision
– Experience managing field teams, particularly in quantitative and qualitative data collection
– Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using laptops, tablets, and GPS recording
– Proficiency in digital data collection tools (e.g., ODK, SurveyCTO, CommCare) is an advantage

– Strong rapport-building skills with participants and stakeholders
– Commitment to informed consent and data confidentiality

Remuneration

– Salary: N1,050,000 Net per Month
– Transport Allowance: N300,000 Net per Month
