The Africa Youth Negotiators Fellowship (AYNF) is now accepting applications for its 4th Cohort.
In an era where climate diplomacy is shaping our collective destiny, Africa cannot afford to be a passive voice, especially its youth. AYNF offers a transformative platform for young Africans to acquire the technical fluency, strategic insights, and diplomatic skills necessary to influence national and international climate negotiations.
From participating in closed-door strategy sessions at COP to co-authoring policy briefs and advising national delegations, our fellows are not just present in the room; they are helping shape the agenda.
Eligibility:
African citizen aged 15–35
Passionate about climate justice and diplomacy
Experience or strong interest in climate policy
Committed to 4 weeks of training (1 week intensive residential + 3 weeks virtual)
