The Kectil Program initiative of The Malmar Knowles Family Foundation is pleased to announce the opening of the 2025 Kectil Program Application portal at [www.kectil.com]. This transformative initiative is dedicated to nurturing and empowering talented youth in developing and least-developed countries, equipping them with the tools to shape a brighter future. We invite youth between the ages of 17 and 26, especially those from remote or disadvantaged areas, to join us on this incredible journey.
The Kectil Program is a beacon of hope and a gateway to global youth leadership. Our mission is simple yet profound: to identify and support authentic young individuals who possess the potential to effect positive change within their communities and countries. We aim to connect these promising youth with influential thought leaders, a robust support network, and each other.
Our innovative program offers a unique one-year virtual interactive experience within a secure, passcode-protected website, ensuring a safe space for open and candid conversations. Here’s what you can expect:
(i) Inspiring Webinars: Through web-based sessions, engage with global experts from diverse fields.
(ii) Thought-Provoking Assignments: Tackle pressing global issues and life skills while sharing your insights and learning from fellow colleagues.
(iii) Kectil Colleague Connection: Build connections with like-minded youth from various countries on our internal social platform.
(iv) Kectil World Youth Network: Access valuable resources such as Kectil Podcasts, Kectil Blogs, Kectil Youth Panels, and participate in Kectil Campaigns.
In 2025, the Kectil Program welcomed nearly 4000 talented youth leaders from over 100 developing countries. The Kectil local centers connected hundreds of talented youth leaders with brightest minds from local to global network. The Kectil webinars, podcasts, and campaigns reached out to thousands of youth with insightful knowledge, information, and organized initiatives that are fully in from the youth for the youth format.
