Description:
As an LGA Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing community-led mobilization activities within your assigned LGA. You will be responsible for supervising field staff, ensuring the quality implementation of campaign activities, providing timely reports and feedback, and actively participating in review meetings at all stages of the campaigns.
Requirements:
• Minimum of NCE, ND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience in immunization, health campaigns, or community mobilization
• Residency in the LGA of interest (or nearby ward/community)
• Strong coordination, leadership, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
