MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is seeking a passionate and experienced Social & Behavioural Change Communication Officer (SBCCO) to join our team in promoting reproductive health services across Nigeria. 

Position Overview:

Location: Kaduna, Kano, Bayelsa, Edo, Kogi, Sokoto, Bauchi, Gombe, Jigawa, Ebonyi, Niger. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  * Community mobilization and stakeholder engagement.

  * Leading CBO management and capacity building.

  * Implementing communication strategies for sensitization and stigma reduction.

  * Driving demand generation for MSI Nigeria’s services.

  * Advocacy and engagement with key stakeholders.

Reporting: To the Regional Manager, with a technical reporting line to the Regional Marketing and Communication Advisor and the Head, Marketing and Communications.

2. MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices: Regional Marketing & Communications Officer

Committed To Good (CTG) – MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is a leading provider of reproductive health services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

Demand Creation & Marketing:

• Develop and implement clear demand generation strategies.

• Conduct market analysis and promote products/services.

• Ensure effective client mobilization and referral tracking.

• Achieve target numbers of service uptake.

Advocacy & External Engagement:

• Engage with police, traditional and religious leaders, media, and government officials.

• Promote MSI Nigeria’s visibility and build strategic partnerships.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

• Ensure data quality, timely reporting, and effective referral tracking.

• Submit monthly and quarterly reports and success stories.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic communications.

• First Degree in any discipline.

• Experience in CSO management, planning, and advocacy.

• Knowledge of donor contract requirements for budgeting and reporting.

• Excellent communication and management skills.
