The Role:

•  Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, expanding our client base across wholesale, retail, and industrial segments.

•  Building and nurturing long-term, profitable relationships with key distributors, major clients, and strategic partners.

•  Conducting in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

•  Managing sales forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for your designated region.

•  Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining CDN OIL’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Who We Are Looking For:

•  A minimum of 8 years of proven, hands-on experience in sales, specifically within the lubricants sector. This direct industry experience is crucial for understanding our market dynamics and client needs.

•  A strong ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.

•  Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating successful sales forces.

•  Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

•  A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
