Field Enumerators / Survey Officers Wanted – Nationwide!
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to gain valuable experience in the field? A reputable company is seeking motivated Field Enumerators / Survey Officers to collect accurate data from retail outlets across Nigeria.
Locations: Abia, Abuja, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kwara, Lagos, Oyo, Rivers
Responsibilities:
• Collect accurate data from retail outlets or assigned areas.
• Record data electronically using mobile devices or tools provided.
• Engage professionally with store owners, attendants, or individuals to gather required information.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors, team members, and respondents.
• Adhere strictly to data collection protocols, quality standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Report daily progress and flag any issues encountered during fieldwork.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all collected information.
• Participate in trainings, debriefings, and feedback sessions as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification; higher education is an advantage.
• Must own an internet-enabled smartphone.
• Must be available to start immediately.
• Previous experience in fieldwork, retail, or market surveys is preferred.
• Familiarity with using smartphones, data collection apps, or Google Forms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be dependable, honest, and punctual.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
Compensation:
• Monthly Fixed Pay: ₦100,000 per month
• Variable Pay (Performance Incentive): Up to ₦50,000 per month
This is a full-time, onsite position.
