HotelMoney is growing fast, and we’re looking for an exceptionally organised Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations across multiple businesses.
This role goes beyond taking notes and scheduling meetings — we need a right-hand person who can anticipate needs, follow up on priorities, and take ownership of business matters that arise across our ventures.
What You’ll Need:
Remote ready setup
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage confidential matters with discretion
Tech-savviness — you’ll be working across multiple platforms
Initiative — you should be able to solve problems before they reach the CEO’s desk
Business awareness — experience supporting executives or entrepreneurs is a huge plus
Your responsibilities include:
Working on all projects that your principal is working on
Managing the CEO’s schedule and communications
Handling follow-ups and tracking key decisions
Assisting with research, reports, and project coordination
Acting as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
