Base Salary: ₦100,000 (Gross monthly)
Performance Pay: ₦40,000
Transport Allowance: Provided monthly
Other Allowances: Overtime pay

About the Role
We’re recruiting passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our growing fintech team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users — helping resolve issues, answer questions, and deliver top-tier service across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Attend to walk-in customers at branch or office locations
- Resolve complaints efficiently and with professionalism
- Provide prompt solutions to inquiries and service issues
- Escalate unresolved matters to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
- Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction
- Educate users on products, services, and procedures
- Log all interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any field
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Tech-savvy; familiar with digital tools and CRMs
- Fluent in English (knowledge of a local language is a plus)
