The Thriving Stellar Woman Initiative (TSWI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women’s empowerment and development combining training, advocacy, innovative programs and fundraising to create sustainable pathways that improve the social and economic status of women.
Founded in 2024 and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria in 2025 (RC: 8189418), TSWI is committed to building a society where women can thrive, contribute meaningfully and take their rightful place in leadership, business and community development.

Job Title: Brand Coordinator

Role Overview
- The Brand Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening the Thriving Stellar Woman Initiative’s relationships with partners, collaborators and stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for drafting partnership proposals and correspondence, conducting visitations to partner offices, supporting partnership meetings and planning and executing organizational programs to foster meaningful collaborations.
- You will also work closely with the team to ensure brand consistency, visibility and alignment across all partnership activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft partnership letters, proposalsand official communications.
- Conduct visitations to partner organizations, agencies and offices as required.
- Schedule and attend partnership or stakeholder meetings, taking notes and following up on agreed actions.
- Support the development and management of partnership databases and records.
- Collaborate with the team to align partnership activities with organizational goals.
- Represent the organization in official meetings and brand-related engagements.
- Monitor social media activities.
- Understand organizational goals and work towards them.
- Have sound knowledge of social media.
- Plan, coordinate and execute organizational programs, events, and campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop timelines, budgetsand logistics plans for smooth program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure all partnership materials and communications reflect the organization’s brand identity and values.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in partnerships, communications or brand coordination for a brand or NGO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Ability to use A.I tools to accelerate work without losing the human touch.
- Understanding of social media management and trends.
- Excellent team player.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and communication tools.
- Passionate about women’s empowerment, innovation, and professional relationship building.
