What is AMAP?
AMAP is a rigorous and immersive program that provides participants with the tools to analyze, interpret, and effectively respond to the complex economic challenges facing their countries and the African continent as a whole. Through a combination of rigorous training, hands-on research projects, mentorship from leading experts, and real-world policy engagement, AMAP empowers participants to become impactful economic leaders.
Program Objectives:

Eligibility:
To be eligible for AMAP, applicants must:
• Be citizens of Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Rwanda, Kenya, Zambia, or South Africa.
• Be in their final year of undergraduate studies or be recent graduates in Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or related Social Science fields.
• Possess a First-Class or Second-Class Upper (2:1) degree. Exceptional candidates with a Second-Class Lower (2:2) degree may also be considered.
