Adaptive Solutions Africa Limited is seeking a motivated Communications Intern to support our marketing and communications efforts.

Summary:
The Communications Intern will contribute to enhancing the company’s brand presence and engagement across various channels through creative content creation and analytical skills. This hybrid role offers valuable hands-on experience in corporate communications while contributing to the company’s marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
• Support email marketing campaigns (content creation & distribution).
• Monitor social media trends and community engagement.
• Compile analytics reports to measure communications performance.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external events.
• Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and content development.
• Provide administrative support for the communications department.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND from a reputable university.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Desired Skills:
• Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A Master’s degree in development studies, psychology or related field, or equivalent years of experience is an advantage.
