Ad-hoc Job Opportunity: Examination Proctors/Supervisors at Iconic Open University
Iconic Open University is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to apply for Ad-Hoc Examination Supervisors/Proctors across some of it’s study campuses in Sokoto, Kano, Kebbi, Gusau, and Abuja.
The ad-hoc job is a one-off temporary assignment for the upcoming examination period only.
Duration: 4 Weeks
Training: 6th – 19th July 2025
Execution: 20th July – 2nd August 2025
Location: Sokoto, Kano, Kebbi, Gusau, or Abuja.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of Master’s Degree from a recognized institution and relevant technical experience.
Prior experience in examination supervision/proctoring in a tertiary institution.
Must be resident in Sokoto, Kano, Kebbi, Gusau, or Abuja.
Strong computer and web operating skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of integrity and attention to duty.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring CBT exams.
Ensuring strict adherence to examination rules and guidelines.
Supervising and monitoring the conduct of examinations to prevent malpractice.
Assisting in the distribution and collection of exam materials.
Submit reports on exam conduct.
