Position: Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Job Summary:
As the Social Media Manager/Content Creator, you will be responsible for building and managing Mash Bistro’s digital presence across all social media platforms. Your role will be to plan, create, and post engaging content, interact with the audience, capture brand moments, promote events, and maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity that reflects Mash Bistro’s premium, family-friendly brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars across all platforms.
• Create and post engaging visual and written content.
• Respond promptly to comments, DMs, tags, reviews, and mentions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and recreation teams to create compelling content.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep Mash Bistro current and trendy.
• Run targeted ads and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Plan and promote in-house events to attract customers and increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers for professional photo and video shoots.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all platforms.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Multimedia.
• 2-3 years of social media management experience, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Skilled in using design software such as Canva and Adobe Suite, as well as video editing apps and social media tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent photography and storytelling skills to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Trend-aware and guest-centric, with a creative voice and engaging tone.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, for live event coverage.
Location: Kaduna
Salary Range: 150k – 200k (Negotiable based on experience)
