Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Summary:
As the HR Manager, you will be the people operations lead for Mash Bistro, responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources to ensure a professional, consistent, and compliant workplace culture. You will be instrumental in aligning HR processes with hospitality standards and the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Staff Records & Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Policy Enforcement & Staff Conduct: Ensure consistent application of company policies and address employee conduct issues.
• Employee Welfare & Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee well-being and engagement.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage the performance review process.
• Leave & Attendance Monitoring: Track and manage employee leave and attendance.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labor Law and prepare HR reports.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience (hospitality or retail background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
Location: Kaduna
Salary Range: 150k – 250k (Negotiable based on experience)
