Jobberman is Hiring: Senior MERL Consultant (Lagos, Hybrid)

Location: Lagos Island (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦750,000 – ₦820,000 (Gross)
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of MERL functions and frameworks.
• Supervise data collection, analysis, and evaluation.
• Oversee the use of appropriate M&E tools and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards in data collection.
• Develop and implement systems for verifying and validating data accuracy.
Skills/Qualifications:
• BSc in social science, research, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in MERL.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel, Power BI, STATA).
• Familiarity with MEL frameworks.
