Job Title: Hub Supervisor
Location: Kaduna
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hub Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Electric Motorcycle Mobility Company. The successful candidate will oversee a team of hub operatives, ensure seamless operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
• Oversee daily hub operations, including Electric Motorcycle Swap Station management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize hub efficiency.
2. Team Leadership:
• Supervise and motivate hub operatives to achieve high productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary issues.
3. Customer Service:
• Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
4. Health and Safety:
• Ensure a safe and healthy hub environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement risk mitigation measures.
5. Communication:
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, maintenance, customer service).
• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, partners).
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment.
• Proven track record of success in leading teams, managing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ideal Candidate must know the in and out of the states listed above
Salary: 250,000
