Job Title: Workshop Assistant
Locations: Adamawa & Gombe
Purpose of the Assignment
- The purpose of this ToR is to engage Workshop Assistants to provide support for the Adamawa and Gombe States Cascade Trainings of AZM MDA distribution personnel: LGA teams, health facility workers, Community drug distributors (CDDs) and Town Announcers (TAs)
Specific activities of workshop assistant (IT & Administration)
- Ensure all participants are recorded on the attendance (E-attendance or hard copy attendance).
- Liaise with caterers to keep to feeding times and distribution accordingly.
- Distribute workshop materials to participants as necessary.
- Take photograph of training sessions.
- Set up and operate IT equipment for smooth running of the meeting.
- Do other assigned duties for the smooth running of the workshop.
Deliverables:
- To keep a record of all participants who attend the trainings using E-attendance or hardcopy attendance.
- Submit an Excel spreadsheet containing accurate required information of participants.
- E-copy of training pictures with consent obtained.
- At the end of the assignment, provide a narrative report of tasks accomplished, challenges encountered and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of HND/B.Sc in any discipline.
- Must have medium to advanced proficiency in computer.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- Experience in the use of digital tools like ODK, Kobo Collect etc.
- Experience in providing administrative support for workshops or trainings.
- Ability to take meeting notes.
- Must be resident of Gombe or Adamawa as the case may be.
