Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of FAAF’s office and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Provide logistics support for meetings, trainings, and fieldwork.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment records.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- Support finance and HR with routine admin tasks.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
