A significant opportunity is now available for youth-led climate organizations to receive substantial funding and recognition for their impactful work. The Emerging Climate Champions Award will provide flexible, multiyear gifts of $1 million to selected organizations dedicated to developing and implementing durable climate solutions.
Who Should Apply:
• Youth-led organizations with leaders aged 15-35 and at least 2 years of operational experience.
• Community-led organizations demonstrating a proven track record of advancing climate solutions.
• Organizations operating globally, with priority given to under-resourced and under-represented groups, such as Indigenous-led, women-led, and grassroots organizations.
Focus Areas:
The Emerging Climate Champions Award supports a wide range of climate solutions, including:
• Climate justice, education, advocacy, and movement building
• Sustainable agriculture, community resilience, and disaster preparedness
• Conservation, science and technology, and economic opportunity
Geographic Scope:
The award is open to eligible organizations worldwide.
