Job Opportunity: Director of Client Experience & Client Project Success
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Client Experience & Client Project Success. This is a full-time, remote position with a preference for candidates based in Nigeria.
Role Overview:
The Director of Client Experience & Client Project Success will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the client relationship, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and successful project outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive project execution.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements to ensure ongoing success.
• Manage and mentor a team of client-facing professionals.
Qualifications:
• HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Compensation:
N200,000 monthly
