iAid Africa: Remote Internship Opportunity – Program Associate, Impact Visionaries Accelerator
iAid Africa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Associate to join our team and support the Impact Visionaries Accelerator, a flagship program for new and emerging changemakers across Africa. This remote internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-impact virtual training for both Beginner and Scaling tracks.
Location: Remote (Nigeria-based preferred)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₦80,000/Month
Start Date: As Soon As Possible

About the Role:
As a Program Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of the Impact Visionaries Accelerator. You will contribute to the creation of engaging training materials, coordinate virtual sessions, facilitate participant communication, and track project timelines and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing and informative slide decks using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Coordinate and manage virtual training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
• Support the onboarding process for new participants and maintain effective communication throughout the program.
• Track project timelines, content development, and key deliverables to ensure program milestones are met.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated passion for youth empowerment, innovation, and social impact in Africa.
• Experience with WordPress is a plus.
