Career Opportunity: Area Sales Manager – TGI Distri (Hybrid)
TGI Distri is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team. This hybrid role is available in Osun, Bauchi, and Edo states. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring optimal performance within their assigned area.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly Net Invoice Value (NIV) targets for the assigned area.
• Drive area performance growth in NIV and Volume.
• Ensure distributor performance growth in NIV and Volume.
• Promote range selling to distributors and channel partners.
• Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base within the defined territory/channel.
• Ensure proper management of distributor/channel partner accounts.
• Maintain a zero-debt ratio in all dealings.
• Communicate monthly targets and objectives to distributors/channel partners.
• Monitor distributor/channel partner performance and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Improve service delivery, manage relationships, and open vibrant communication channels with TGI partners.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
