Purpose of the assignment
The purpose of this ToR is to engage a Workshop Assistant to provide support for the Health Facility Workers (HFWs) Training, and Community Level Trainings.
Specific activities of workshop assistant (IT & Administration)
Liaise with hotel to keep to feeding times.
Distribute workshop materials to participants as necessary.
Take photograph of training sessions.
Set up and operate IT equipment for smooth running of the meeting.
Do other assigned duties for the smooth running of the workshop.
Deliverables:
Attendance sheets for participants.
Typed in excel format the list of participants with bank account details.
E-copy of training pictures.
Brief & concise report of Workshop Assistant responsibilities to support Health Facility Workers (HFWs) Training, and Community Level Trainings.
