Requirements:
•Strong proficiency in operating systems and basic networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi configurations).
•Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar platforms.
•Familiarity with support ticketing and tracking systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
•Competence in hardware troubleshooting and proven experience as a WordPress Developer, Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
•Strong understanding of PHP and WordPress architecture and coding standards.
•Knowledge of website optimization and SEO best practices.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
