Available Positions:
1. Relationship Managers
– Grade Level Band: ET-SBO
– Candidates should have proven experience managing client portfolios and driving business growth within the banking sector.
2. Branch Head of Operations (HOP) / Head of Business Support (HBS)
– Grade Level Band: EA-ABO
– Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership skills and operational expertise in branch management.
3. Experienced Customer Service Officers
– Grade Level Band: ET-EA
– Applicants must currently be employed in a commercial bank in a similar role and possess extensive customer service experience.
4. Customer Service Officers (Entry Level)
– For fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) with a minimum of Second Class Upper honors. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates to begin their careers in banking.
5. Bank Tellers
– Candidates must possess an HND degree with a minimum Upper Credit.
