We are seeking individuals who are passionate about advancing disability inclusion and governance and who have experience working with women and girls with disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the promotion of inclusive governance practices and to empower marginalized communities.
Eligibility criteria for applicants include:
– Demonstrated experience in delivering training or workshops related to disability, gender, or human rights
– Strong knowledge and understanding of disability rights frameworks and policies at local, national, and international levels
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
– Persons with disabilities, particularly women, are strongly encouraged to apply, as we are committed to inclusive representation
Interested candidates should submit an expression of interest along with a detailed curriculum vitae. If available, please also include a session plan or outline of your proposed training approach.
Applications should be sent via email to cedarseedfoundation@gmail.com with the subject line “Facilitator Application – [State Name]” indicating the state(s) you are applying to facilitate in.
The deadline for submission is Friday, 7th June 2025. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussion.
This workshop provides a unique platform to influence policy and practice by fostering disability-inclusive governance across multiple states. We encourage qualified and passionate facilitators to take advantage of this opportunity to make a significant impact.
