Role: Technical Support
Locations: Jigawa, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara
Work Duration: 1-month renewable contract
Salary: ₦300,000 monthly
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Technical Support personnel to join our team across the states of Jigawa, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing on-the-ground technical assistance and support to users of the ImmuNigeria system, primarily health worker teams. This role requires regular travel within assigned states to ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot issues, and provide efficient solutions for mobile applications and related technologies.
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline is required.
Experience:
Candidates should have prior experience in technical support or customer service, ideally within the healthcare sector. Familiarity with Android operating systems, mobile application troubleshooting, and web-based management portals is essential for effective problem resolution.
Skills:
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with users, many of whom may have limited technical backgrounds.
– Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
– Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation and generating reports on support activities and issue resolutions.
Additional Requirements:
– Must be resident within one of the specified states (Jigawa, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara).
– Willingness to travel extensively within the state to reach various health facilities and user locations.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
