About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will drive our talent strategies from sourcing top-tier candidates to seamless onboarding, ensuring alignment with our culture and goals. You will execute full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, manage multiple roles concurrently, and optimize hiring pipelines using data and recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across functions
• Manage multiple roles concurrently—junior to senior level—with speed and precision
• Use data, sourcing tools, and ATS to optimize hiring pipelines
• Represent The Concept Group with professionalism and passion
