The African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) Group Internship Programme is now accepting applications on a rolling basis, offering bright students the chance to:
→ Work in one of Africa’s top multilateral financial institutions
→ Gain real experience in trade finance, economics, law, business, engineering & more
→ Rotate through departments and learn directly from industry leaders
→ Receive a monthly stipend of $1000 + $500 housing support
→ Have your return travel and visa costs fully covered
You’ll be based at their HQ in Cairo, Egypt or another Afreximbank Group office, contributing fresh ideas while gaining skills to drive change across the continent.
If you’re:
✓ A student from a member country or of African descent in the diaspora
✓ Fluent in English or French (bonus if you know Arabic or Portuguese)
✓ Able to commit to 3–6 months of full-time in-person internship
