HR Manager – Kaduna
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead HR initiatives, drive team performance, and foster a culture of excellence within our dynamic IT company based in Kaduna.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive organizational change and development initiatives.
• Oversee performance appraisals, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
• Attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
• Promote employee engagement and development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
• Salary: ₦1.5M – ₦1.7M per annum
