Welcome to the ICHAD Youth Advisory & Internship Program!
The ICHAD Youth Advisory & Internship Program is a paid initiative designed to empower young leaders in the social development space, providing them with hands-on experience in community engagement, advocacy, and leadership. Over the next one year, you will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while developing key skills for your future.
Eligibility Criteria:
Aged 18 – 26 years.
Strong communication skills.
Student or recent graduate.
Prior experience in social or community engagement (added advantage).
Ability to commit 5-10 hours weekly.
Application Steps:
Complete the online application form.
Select your preferred advisory role.
Submit a short 2-minute video project proposal related to your focus area.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a virtual interview.
Successful applicants will receive an official acceptance letter and onboarding details.
Selection Criteria
Participants will be evaluated based on:
Alignment with ICHAD’s Objectives: Understanding and commitment to ICHAD’s mission.
Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.
Educational Background: Relevance to chosen advisory role (Not a prerequisite).
Community Engagement: Prior involvement in social impact projects (Not a prerequisite).
Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas effectively.
Availability: Commitment to fulfilling program responsibilities.
