We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Programs and Partnerships Lead. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to build impactful programs and partnerships, drive growth, and foster communities.
As a Programs and Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that align with our organization’s mission and goals. You will also identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships that drive growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, and evaluate programs that align with our organization’s mission and goals
– Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships that drive growth and impact
– Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community leaders
– Develop and manage program budgets and reports
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– At least 3 years of experience in program management, partnerships, or a related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong program management and partnership development skills
– Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days onsite)
