The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Sexual and Reproductive Health Programme Specialist, NOC, in SOKOTO KWARA ADAMAWA, Nigeria.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will support the coordination of the Country Office’s Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) program, ensure timely implementation of the program in assigned locations, and provide technical support to partners.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate program implementation at state, local government, and community levels
– Provide technical guidance and support in reproductive health, gender, and population development
– Establish partnerships with government institutions, executing agencies, and other stakeholders
– Monitor and evaluate program activities and report on progress
Requirements:
– Advanced university degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Medicine, or related field
– At least five years of professional experience in SRH, including program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
– Strong technical knowledge of SRH issues, policies, and programs
– Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
