The Society for Women Development and Empowerment of Nigeria (SWODEN) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering women and promoting gender equality. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
*Open Positions:*
1. *Human Resource Officer (Kano Head Office)*
2. *Account Officer (Jigawa Branch)*
*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience working with an NGO in a related field
– Proven work experience with a track record of achievements
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Contacts for professional references
– For the Account Officer position, preference will be given to candidates who are residents of Jigawa State
*Responsibilities:*
– Human Resource Officer:
– Manage human resource functions, including recruitment, training, and employee development
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Provide support for staff welfare and employee relations
– Account Officer:
– Manage financial transactions, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
– Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
– Provide support for financial planning and budgeting
