1. Gender and Inclusivity Coordinator
• Location: Lagos Island (Hybrid)
• Salary: ₦700,000 – ₦800,000 (Gross)
• Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership on gender integration, policy, implementation, measurement, and reporting.
• Establish partnerships with NGOs and FBOs working with women, IDPs, and PLWDs.
• Design, implement, and oversee programs promoting gender equality and inclusivity.
• Research women-related issues and inclusivity barriers in training and job placements.
• Establish robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
• Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, Women’s Studies, International Development, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical expertise in supporting women, youth, marginalized groups, and social inclusion.
• Strong analytical, data gathering, and community interaction skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strategy Consultant
• Location: Lagos Island (Hybrid)
• Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 (Gross)
• Responsibilities:
• Support the formulation of project Annual Work Plans, Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR), and Project Implementation Reports (PIRs).
• Analyze data sets, particularly for skills gap analysis.
• Prepare proposals for potential partnerships.
• Assist in event planning and execution.
• Source partners across digital, agric, and creative sectors.
• Collaborate with other teams for partnership alignment.
• Skills/Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in project and administration management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests.
• Good presentation, communication, networking, and partnering skills.
