Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts.
• Provide guidance on dispute resolution and represent the company in legal proceedings.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, office administration, and legal roles. Experience in the public and university education sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment law, and relevant industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
• USD 2,650 – USD 3,000 per month
