Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our target consumer base, improving customer experience, and driving sales and brand loyalty. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that enhance our product reach and resonate with our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

•  Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

•  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

•  Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

•  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales effectiveness.

•  Track and analyze sales data to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

•  Must have prior experience in FMCG sales.

•  Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Strong understanding of the local market and customer base.

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements Must be a graduate.

BSc/HND in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

Must have worked or have FMCG company experience

Must have at least 5years of experience in sales or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Must have a Tea/Coffee sales experience.
