This prestigious program brings together young African professionals from diverse sectors (business, NGOs, public sector, and community-based organizations) who are passionate about environmental project implementation and leadership. The fellowship focuses on providing transformational leadership and management skills to maximize impact in the conservation space. Fellows will benefit from a comprehensive curriculum, expert mentorship, networking opportunities, and hands-on experiences, all designed to cultivate the next generation of conservation leaders in Africa.
