1️⃣ Team Lead, Sustainability & Consumer Protection

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business continuity activities across departments.
• Coordinate resources and present recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement stakeholder-management strategies.
• Support compliance with banking, regulatory and consumer-protection requirements.
• Lead CSR and sustainability strategies across the organization.
• Manage complex external stakeholder relationships.
• Develop communication plans and support corporate reputation and crisis communication.
• Design and implement enterprise risk-management frameworks.
• Promote an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.
• Improve records and archival management systems.
• Support sustainable business practices and responsible banking initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Additional academic qualifications are an advantage.
• Relevant professional certification such as CIBN, CIPM or PMP is required.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, leadership and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of banking, regulatory and compliance matters.

2️⃣ Sustainability Program Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with projects promoting environmental and social responsibility.
• Conduct research and gather sustainability-related data.
• Analyse sustainability trends and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to integrate sustainability practices into bank operations.
• Support CSR and community-engagement initiatives.
• Identify and communicate sustainability risks, opportunities and commitments.
• Support records management and external stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to business continuity, enterprise risk management and security-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Additional academic qualifications are an advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as CIBN, CIPM or PMP are an added advantage.
• Good communication, research, stakeholder-management and analytical skills.
