About the Role:

The Social Media Manager at Modernized Marketing plays a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and ultimately drive marketing success for our clients. The purpose of this role is to harness the power of social media platforms to enhance brand presence, interact with target audiences, and achieve client objectives.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.
  • Actively engage with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts using management tools to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies for better results.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all social media platforms.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple clients and delivering results for each.
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written as most clients are located in the US.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment
