- Executive Assistant (EA)
Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role.
Strong knowledge of banking operations and administrative procedures.
Ability to manage confidential information and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills.
Gross Annual Salary: ₦6,200,000
- Senior Executive Assistant (SEA)
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of corporate governance and executive support functions.
Proven ability to coordinate high-level schedules and manage sensitive documents.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Gross Annual Salary: ₦8,800,000
- Assistant Banking Officer (ABO)
Requirements:
5–7 years of progressive experience in banking, including roles in operations, credit, or marketing.
Demonstrable ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting.
Exceptional analytical and leadership skills.
Gross Annual Salary: ₦11,500,000
- Banking Officer (BO)
Requirements:
7–9 years of core banking experience, with a focus on retail, corporate, or commercial banking.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and growing client portfolios.
Deep understanding of banking products, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
