Ideal Skills

Minimum of 1-year BMAS system knowledge
Minimum of 1-year knowledge of Refund Disbursement Processes
SFTP File Transfer experience

Required Experience/ Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Critical Thinking Skills
Customer Service Skills
Clear written and verbal skills
