Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling scripts and marketing materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for outreach and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the communications team to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
