ABOUT CLIENT: The Future Edge is a global consulting and business support solutions company. We are seeking ‘Account/Relationship Managers’ in the North West region for our client; a tier 1 leading full service commercial bank in Nigeria with branches within Africa and beyond.
JOB ROLE: To market the bank’s retail products and services in order to establish, develop and maintain relationships with retail customers located in the target market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
New business development/ account acquisition
customer engagement (Physical and Virtual)
Existing business relationship management (cross/up selling)
Channel Optimization
Liability Generation (CASA & FD)
Risk Asset Creation
Credit processing and Appraisals
Close monitoring of credit relationships and loan recoveries
Achieving set Financial and Non-financial targets
Merchant/Agent On-boarding
Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a degree holder
Must currently be on ABO, BO, SBO, AM grade
Must have worked for at least one year as BO
Must be a core bank staff
