The Federal Bilateral Education Scholarship (FSB BEA) offers eligible Nigerians the incredible opportunity to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate studies abroad.
Postgraduate Level:
All fields are eligible (Master’s and PhD programs).
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate Applicants
Must have 7 distinctions (A’s and B’s) in WASSCE/WAEC (May/June) relevant to the chosen field, including English and Mathematics.
Certificates must be no older than:
Two years (2022/2023) for non-African countries.
One year (2023) for African countries.
Age: 17–20 years.
Postgraduate Applicants
Must hold a First Degree with at least a Second Class Upper Division.
Must have completed the NYSC program (with discharge or exemption certificate).
Age limits:
35 years for Master’s programs.
40 years for PhD programs.
Evidence of employer release (if employed).
Scholarship Benefits
Fully funded program:
Tuition fees covered by the host country.
Living expenses funded by the Nigerian government.
Scholarship duration depends on the program.
