This is a remote position offering an opportunity to work across multiple platforms, including a consulting firm, an NGO focused on youth development, and a media firm. Additionally, you will contribute to promoting the personal brand of the principal executive of these entities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Manage and create content for the social media platforms of the consulting firm, NGO, media firm, and the personal brand of the principal executive.
- Schedule, monitor, and engage with audiences across various platforms to increase reach and engagement.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling graphics, videos, and other visual materials to support campaigns, events, and organizational activities.
- Write captivating captions and create visually appealing posts to align with organizational and personal branding.
Brand Promotion:
- Assist in enhancing the visibility of the principal executive as a thought leader in their respective fields.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the personal and organizational brands effectively.
Graphic Design and Video Editing:
- Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software to create high-quality graphics and edit videos for social media and promotional materials.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the teams to plan and execute digital campaigns for the three entities.
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A passion for youth development, media, and consulting is an added advantage.
