Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS), offering a remarkable chance to pursue a two-year Master’s degree in a low- or middle-income Commonwealth nation. To be eligible, applicants must hold citizenship or refugee status in a Commonwealth country. The program requires candidates to apply to study in a nation other than their home country or country of citizenship. Refugees should apply as citizens of the country granting them refugee status. While there is no maximum age limit, candidates must hold at least a second-class upper division degree (or equivalent) at the undergraduate level to qualify.
