We’re looking for a MEL senior specialist to join our team! This individual will play a key role in implementing our monitoring, evaluation, and learning plan. This person will have a particular focus on the Climate Gender Equity Fund, an innovative public-private partnership led by USAID that seeks to increase access to climate finance for gender-responsive, women-led, and women-benefiting organizations.
We’re looking for someone with an appetite to learn, ability to apply feedback across workstreams, and aptitude for anticipating needs and taking initiative to respond to them.
